Marcate influenze japcore anni ’80 alla DEATHSIDE/GAUZE/LIP CREAM caratterizzano questo loro primo full-lenght. “I believe „umet se prodat“ translates into „market yourself“… SEE YOU IN HELL from Czech Republic do just that on this fine slab of vinyl. Probably their best recording to date. I was pretty impressed with their previous efforts that I’ve heard: the split 7” with THE PUBLIC and the split tape with HOMO CONSUMENS are great, but this full length really shows how the band has progressed. Over driven, hook laden and angry thrashcore accompanied by shouhted vocals. Definitely some Japanese influences going on here as well. This LP will soon be released on CD by Too Circle Records from Japan. SYIH is also planning a tour of Japan later this year, so please go see them if ya get the chance. Also a split with MASSGENOCIDE PROCESS will be out in April. This LP is highly recommended.”

This continues with the same dark and intense hardcore as their earlier EPs but played with much more intensity and power. The comparsions to TRAGEDY, HHIG, FROM ASHES RISE etc. is still very much evident but SEE YOU IN HELL are definitely no rip off. This is fucking awesome hardcore, extremely well played with intelligent and well thought out lyrics, good solid production and excellent looking packaging including a cool looking poster. Eleven blasts of raw hardcore punk with a slight driving modern Scandinavian feel to it – riff heavy guitars, thundering rampaging bull drums, thick production with snarly vocals. There’s strong anarcho and anti-war sentiment to the lyrics as well. Overall a totally solid LP from this band that seems to be too overlooked – maybe if they were from Sweden, some of you might be more inclined to check them out, cause they are worth it.”

“Filip, the guitar player of SYIH gave me this slab of vinyl at the Play Fast Or Dont festival (thanks again a million, buddy!) and told me that this 12″ is much more in the Japanese fashion of punk than any other release of his band. Of course, I was curious as someone can get, so in the minute I was at home, I listened to this record about 5 times in a row and was catapulted out of my stinking socks (hadnt the chance to take a shower for 3 days)! I totally agree with Filip since “Umet se prodat”, which, incidentally, translates into”Market yourself”, brings nothing but hasty, driving over and above angry, a little murky, crucial thrashcore with an outstanding shouter – nothing more, nothing less! I personally think, that these 11 overpowering, hook laden raids are SEE YOU IN HELLs best material until now, so hopefully these guys will keep up their awe-inspiring work! There are no 2 opinions: The “Umet se prodat” 12″, which includes an eye-catching poster, belongs into every household!!”
